You can share your documents with anyone that has a MIDO account.

Yes - select the document, then tap on the three dots and select the history option. From here you can see everyone that has previously had or currently has access to your document.

Your password is one of the many tools we use to protect your account. If you forgot your password, you can reset it through the mobile app.

Your pin code is one of the many tools we use to protect your account. We are unable to recover your data, or your account, if you lose your pin code.

MIDO offers a free-tier where you can upload your first 5 documents for free. To upload additional documents, you’ll need to upgrade to a paid account. You can learn more about what’s offered in each account here.

A business account is designed for businesses that collect documents from their customers or clients regularly. For example Lawyers, Travel Agents and Property Managers. The business account has more capabilities in web to make your business process smoother. You can learn more about business accounts here.

MIDO is designed to protect you and your data. Our team works diligently with numerous security factors in order to protect your data. Your MIDO data is encrypted to keep it safe both at rest, and in transit. We use Advanced Encryption Standard (AES 256-bit) encryption, along with multiple techniques to ensure only you can access your data. Additionally, we redact sensitive data like ID numbers on your screen, and require you to enter a security pin code regularly.
