GDPR

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is the European Union's process of setting guidelines for the collection and processing of personal information from individuals. It ensures EU citizens have the right to access and delete their data, as well as have more transparency on what their data is being used for.

CCPA

The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) allows consumers to have control over the personal information that businesses collect about them. Similar to GDPR, this ensures that California residents have the right to access and delete their data, as well as have more transparency on what their data is being used for.

PIPEDA

The Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) is the federal privacy law for private-sector organizations in Canada, intended to provide trust in electronic commerce between consumers and providers.

HIPAA

The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) is a law that was created intending to protect private and sensitive patient health information from being shared or sent around without the patient’s consent or knowledge.

PHIPA
